Science and me

Welcome to my science blog! My name is Cléo Richer, and I am a 15-year-old girl studying science in Ottawa. I have always been very curious about the Earth and how everything works together to create one big ecosystem. One problem with this big ecosystem is that right now, it is not working as well as it should. Humans are creating way more pollution and CO2 than can be compensated by the rest of nature. This affects me because it is creating climate change that could end up really affecting the way that my generation, as well as the ones of the future, live our daily lives. Speaking of which, my daily life is affected by science all the time. Science is quite literally the way everything works. Even though I am only 15 and don't yet know all that I want to do in the future, I think that it would be very interesting to explore the possibility of having a science-related job.
